Graduation Basic Pastry

Graduation Ceremony: After 3 months hard working, here's our graduation day.  It was held in National Gallery of Canada at 5:30pm.  It was a nightmare to get to the gallery with this crazy weather, especially if you were walking there.  Dina and I walked to almost Rideau Centre before we could get a taxi! Then we kindly picked up Cindy in front of Chapters in Rideau Centre.  It was funny to see how she sat on the snow before getting on the taxi LOL Well, we got there a few minutes later, it was less than $8 for the ride.

Guest Chef Oliver Bartshe at the Supreme Court of Canada was making a speech for the graduates.

We were starving after the ceremony...... so we went to have greasy food at Zak's Diner http://zaksdiner.com

We received a certificate, a transcript, a formal group picture, a crazy group picture, and a bronze pin

What a term! I love my group, and Chef Jocelyn rocks! I can't believe these 3 months gone by so fast!

I had a great time at the ceremony, and we have 2 more to go.

Need to go to bed now, I'll be driving to Toronto with Cindy, Cynthia, Tanvi and YY.  See you guys in Toronto!!!! :-)
